Rupert Kotze

Today, Kotze Construction is under the skilled leadership of Rupert Kotze, grandson of founder George. Since 1983, Rupert has been delivering the kind of work his family's company has hung their hard hats on for decades. Being a third-generation owner of a construction company gives Rupert a unique perspective on the industry. By watching the company grow and pass hands, Rupert has the special advantage of applying proven experience with contemporary expertise to create a construction company like non-other.
Over the years Rupert has found out the key to success: A can-do work ethic, out of the box thinking and Integrity at every stage of the project.
Dan Kopp joined Kotze Construction in 2015 as an estimator and project manager. Dan is a 1997 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Platteville with a degree in civil engineering. A registered Professional Engineer, Dan brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry to the Kotze organization. That experience ranges from structural drafting, engineering and design to estimating and project management.
Dan concentrates on industrial, manufacturing, and structural projects. His engineering background and attention to detail help customers make sound decisions in the pre-construction planning and project development phases of their projects. When difficult and challenging field conditions exist or arise during a project, that same background allows him to help customers make educated and practical decisions in real time to keep their projects on track.
